All Cocoarae Skin body butter is made to order in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and a luxurious experience. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Conditions:

• During the warmer months, we ship body butter with an ice pack to prevent it from softening or melting in transit. This will not affect the product's quality. Place your butter in a cool area or refrigerate it to solidify.

Please note that we are not responsible for melted products due to heat during shipping. We encourage you to track your package and retrieve it promptly upon delivery.

• We offer standard U.S. shipping via UPS or USPS, taking 3-5 business days for delivery. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
